Sharing our favourite recipes..Nicola's Ginger Biscuits

In the kitchen: Nicola's favourite Ginger Biscuits

Nicola, Redbrick’s Marketing Manager shares an old family recipe for her favourite Ginger Biscuits. It’s super- quick and easy and a great recipe for children to try.

“This is Grandad’s recipe, he was a baker and his hand-written recipe has been passed down through the generations. We always used to make these with my mum and they’re still my favourites… and so good when they’re freshly baked and still warm!"

Nicola, Redbrick Marketing
