What you'll need
- 2 bananas
- 2 handfuls of fresh spinach
- 1 avocado
- 1 small piece of ginger (approx. 1×2 cm)
- The juice from half a lemon
- 200 g frozen mango
- 300 ml almond milk
- Mint (optional)
What to do
Put everything except mint in a blender and blend to an even consistency.
Decorate with mint and drink the smoothie right away.
