FULL TIME RETAIL SALES CONSULTANT
Zofa has an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and driven Full Time Sales Consultant.
The role will involve helping customers not only in store but also online, through video consultations. You will have excellent communication skills, ensuring every customer is given a top level of service through listening to their needs and your in depth knowledge of the Zofa products. Having a genuine interest in interiors is a must, however furniture sales experience is not, as full training will be provided.

Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing comprehensive product information to customers
- Understanding and demonstrating customer care and service
- Displaying good listening skill to identify the customer’s needs
- Working the sales pipeline from taking an initial enquiry, meeting with the customer to closing the sale
- Basic administrative tasks using Microsoft Office
- Ensuring the showroom is always immaculately presented
This is a full-time position, working 5 days per week that will require you to be able to work weekends and Bank Holidays.
