FULL TIME SALES & DESIGN CONSULTANT

Roche Bobois, the luxury furniture retail brand is currently recruiting a full-time sales and design consultant for their Redbrick showroom.

Main Responsibilities:

As a Roche Bobois consultant you will be responsible for welcoming and understanding our clients’ needs in order to offer the best service whilst maximising sales.

• Deliver personalised interior design solutions from concept to installation
• Manage the full sales process: from consultation and invoicing through to delivery and order tracking.
• Present 2D/3D visual proposals and mood boards that align with client briefs
• Building lasting relationships and drive sales through expert design guidance
• Work collaboratively as part of a showroom team
• Merchandising of the showroom, administration and after sales care.

Ideal requirements for the position are:

• A strong motivation to work in a sales, commission-based environment.
• Bachelor degree in design or equivalent.
• An interest in furniture and interior design.
• Results-driven, with strong commercial performance.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
• Showroom concession environment; you will be required to work most weekends and bank holidays.
• Experience with Design or CAD programmes.

• Full Time Role - 5 day week including weekends
• Basic Salary Plus Commission (OTE £24.4k-Uncapped)
