FULL TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE & SHOWROOM ASSISTANT

Join our new team in Redbrick. Reporting to the Redbrick showroom manager, your main purpose will be greeting customers and making sure they are always looked after.

Main responsibilities include;

• Greeting customers and making sure they are always looked after (this includes making teas/coffees etc). Keeping in touch with your allocated trade customers, making sure they always have new product information/ samples.
• Help keeping the products/ showroom clean and dust-free, assist changing displays were required making sure the showroom is looking fresh. Straightening shades and making sure all lamps have bulbs.
• Making sure we have all fabric samples available for customers, ordering more though production team when needed.
• Removing any discontinued items from the showroom displays, passing these to the appropriate team member to return to the warehouse.
• Make sure all products are labelled and prices are all correct.
• Contracted hours 5 days over 7 including Weeknd & Bank Holiday work

Key requirements;

• Minimum of one year's experience in retail

Benefits;

• Salary band £23,000-25,000 
• 25 days holiday
