Our Showroom Hosts are the face of Concept17. They are specialists in everything they do, delivering outstanding customer service alongside an in-depth knowledge and passion for interiors and design. If you adore great design, you’ll love working at Concept17.
About the role
To ensure every customer experiences the “wow factor” when visiting our showroom, you will:
- Welcome every visitor, ensuring they feel relaxed and at home in the showroom.
- Gently share your knowledge of the Concept17 ethos to encourage appointment bookings for kitchens designed by the owners.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and overall store presentation.
- Be knowledgeable about our product choices and customer journey.
