The role is that of a Store/Design manager for the successful long established BoConcept concession store in Redbrick department Leeds, Yorkshire.
The ideal candidate should have an experience in leading a team to success, and be able to prove it.
Working daily pipelines, CRMs, hit rates and basket size focus. Maximise the sales performance of all sales associates by setting targets, motivating and coaching individually and on team level - To ensure a profitable and ‘BoConceptual’ store.
As store manager, You will have full control of the running of the store and have the opportunity to add value and your own individual stamp on the business, including marketing and budgets, working daily with the Franchisee. A passion for Interiors is important, but not essential.
Working weekends is essential and being flexible with the needs of the business.
Some travel to Newcastle and Denmark is required.
