Sofas & Stuff: New V&A collection now available at Redbrick
Sofas & Stuff are delighted to announce that they have launched a brand new fabric and furniture collection in collaboration with the V&A, the world's leading museum of art, design, and performance.
Introducing the Brompton Collection, which includes two sumptuous new sofa models and five beautiful new fabric designs, all inspired by the expansive archives of the museum and the horticultural history of its site in London.
All fabrics feature imagery carefully selected from a wealth of textile patterns and botanical illustrations from the 16th to 19th centuries. Elegant stripes, exotic birds and floral chintzes mix with botanical studies in a collection that is both contemporary and utterly classic in easy and relaxed shades, introduced with new colourways or innovatively reimagined, whilst retaining the spirit of both brands. Printed in Lancashire, exclusively for Sofas & Stuff, on a brushed cotton linen union, the evocative and timeless fabrics are both soft to the touch, yet robust enough to deal with the demands of 21st century living.
Plan your visit and be the first to shop the new V&A fabrics and sofas from Friday 1st October.
