A Sincere Thank You

Dear Friends,

Redbrick is twenty years old in 2020 and we would like to say a sincere thank you to you all for your support and loyalty during the last two decades. 

In the year 2000 when we started this project, we were cautioned against it time and time again by sensible and practical industry peers and colleagues. We pushed on the same. We made some mistakes initially; the retail world fell apart with the 2007 Banking crisis and digital online grew enormously and rapidly. It was never easy, but it was important work. 

Redbrick succeeded regardless of the challenges and without compromise, together with our partner concessions we built a store worth being proud of. One of the largest collections of designer furniture and homeware in the United Kingdom. We are a real store with a tangible retail experience, we want to meet our customers and to make them our friends.

Our confidence and motivation come from you, from our customers and partners. You have our heartfelt appreciation and we would never underestimate the importance of customer loyalty and goodwill. We thank you again for the last twenty years and wish you all well for the New Year.
